Refund Policy

This policy describes the conditions for refunds of Forgge (forgge.dev) subscriptions and credits.

What is refundable

Unused credits are refundable upon request. If you topped up your balance and did not spend the credits on agent work, you may request a refund of the remaining amount.

What is non-refundable

Consumed credits — those spent on agent work (running tasks, generating code, AI-provider calls) — are non-refundable, as the corresponding services have already been rendered and paid to our providers.

How and when to request

To request a refund, email support@forgge.dev with your account email and the reason. Requests are accepted within 14 days of the payment date. We review the request and issue the refund within 14 days of confirmation.

Merchant of Record

Payments and refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy, acting as the Merchant of Record. Refunds may be issued through the provider and credited to the original payment method, subject to LemonSqueezy's rules.
