This policy describes what personal data Forgge (forgge.dev) processes, for what purposes and with whom it is shared.

Data we collect

Email and name on registration, account data, the contents of your projects (code, texts, tasks), agent activity logs, technical session data and payment metadata.

Purposes of processing

Providing and supporting the Service, executing tasks via agents, billing, security and communicating with you about service matters.

Subprocessors

We rely on third-party providers: LemonSqueezy (payments, Merchant of Record), AI providers (e.g. Anthropic and other models powering the agents) and the infrastructure hosting provider. Only the data necessary to provide the Service is shared with them.

Retention

Account and project data are retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within a reasonable period, except information we are legally required to retain (e.g. payment records).

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, email support@forgge.dev.
