Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Forgge (forgge.dev, the "Service"), a platform for automated development powered by AI agents. By registering and using the Service you agree to these terms. This document also serves as the End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Use of the Service

The Service is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis: you subscribe and/or top up credits that pay for agents working on your projects. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity performed under it.

2. Content and Code Ownership

You retain ownership of the source code, texts and other materials you upload to the Service or that agents produce on your behalf. We do not claim rights to your content and use it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, distribution of malware, circumvention of restrictions, or generating excessive load to bypass pricing. We may restrict access in case of violations.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Code generated by AI agents must be reviewed by you before production use.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of violations, as required by law, or upon discontinuation of the Service with reasonable notice.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms. The current version and date are shown in the document header. Material changes trigger a re-consent prompt on sign-in.

7. Scheduled Maintenance

We occasionally perform scheduled maintenance (typically a few hours per week) during which AI agents may pause their work and tasks may not progress. This is normal service behavior, not a malfunction. Tasks resume automatically once maintenance is complete.
